Two Gateshead lads. One Newcastle United season ticket. Absolutely no chance of getting one. Written and directed by Jamie Eastlake, adapted from Jonathan Tulloch's The Season Ticket. From a 60-seat pub in Whitley Bay to Live Theatre, to a sold-out Newcastle Theatre Royal, and onward toward the West End. Nobody was more surprised than us.

Eastlake Productions is a North East theatre company making bold, funny, unashamedly working-class work, and taking it as far as it'll go. Founded in 2016 by writer-director Jamie Eastlake, we develop and produce new plays with a distinctly North East voice, from pub back rooms to Live Theatre, Newcastle Theatre Royal and the West End.
Through Open Door, our partnership with Newcastle Theatre Royal, we back North East writers and creatives who'd otherwise never get through the stage door, and a belief that the stories of working-class Britain deserve the biggest stages we can find.
